Team-Building / Training

Team meetings are designed to prepare both our minds and our hearts for going into the prison. Therefore it is essential that team members attend all four sessions. There you will gain new insights into how the Weekend will progress, how to interact with inmates, and how to be an effective witness for Jesus Christ. And throughout the team building process, you will grow in knowledge and love for fellow volunteers as you practice the Kairos motto, “Listen. Listen. Love. Love.”

Meeting #3 - Saturday October 4, 8:00am - 3:00pm - Northside Baptist Church

Meeting #4 - Saturday October 18, 8:00am - 3:00pm - Northside Baptist Church

Meeting #5 - Thursday November 6, 9:00am - 1:00pm - Northside Baptist Church

Kairos #8 Weekend is November 6th, - November 9th, 2025 at the O.B. Ellis Unit
